Menu Plan Monday - October 8, 2012

We're back to busyness this week after having last week off from all regularly scheduled activities, and I'm ready for another week of regular classes, lessons, and fun "stuff."  The weather is to have a definite chill to the air starting this week, so I'm looking forward to cooking fall foods, too.

Here's the plan:

Breakfast:
- Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls
- Homemade pop-tarts

Cinnamon Almond Granola, bananas, blueberries

- Scrambled eggs, Steal-Good Pumpkin Bread
- pancakes, bananas

Dinners:
Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup, ham and cheese sandwiches

- Chicken Pot Pie Soup, Grandma's biscuits, homemade applesauce
- Pizza won from Papa John's current Pizza Contest, salad, Grandma's Amazing Apple Pie
- Shredded chicken taco bar, rice, applesauce

Cheeseburger Mac 'n' Cheese (CCC), salad, sliced apples
- Leftovers
- Dinner at church

I'm hoping to make extras of the pumpkin cinnamon rolls above and get a few pans in the freezer, but we'll see how it goes.  With a field trip, a co-op class and an event every night this week, I'm planning to go with the flow.

You?  What are you cooking up this week?

  1. Those two soups sounds yummy! As we're heading into cooler weather, I've been on the lookout for some good soupds to try.
